About Us
City of Lisburn AC is based in the City of Lisburn, Co. Antrim , Northern Ireland. It exists as a club where people can be introduced to athletics, where they can improve their knowledge of and ability in the various athletic disciplines and can enter various competitions at local and national level. City of Lisburn AC is also involved in the promotion of Athletics in the greater Lisburn area .
Our membership is drawn from the City of Lisburn and the surrounding areas of Belfast , Dromore , Moira and Banbridge . Both male and female athletes are welcome and all ages are represented from 8 year olds up to Masters athletes (over 35’s).
During the winter, training is based at the Mary Peters Track (Mondays) and both the Mary Peters Track and Lisburn Leisure Centre (Thursdays). From March to November training is at the Mary Peters Track (Mondays and Thursdays). City of Lisburn Athletics Club has a variety of regular training groups for you to join depending on your age-group and event. Please select the relevant section from the choices on the left.
