PB’s for Trevor and Noel at Queens parkrun

Trevor Carruthers’ stint at altitude at the pre-season camp in the Mournes last week obviously paid dividends with him knocking nearly 30 seconds off his PB at the Queens parkrun this morning! His 23:20 placed him 20th of the 58 runners, and 7th M45.
Noel Branagh also ran a course PB, running 24:44 to knock 15 seconds off his previous best. This left him 29th overall and 9th M45.
