Parkrun PB’s for Desi and Grainne

Both Grainne Keenan and Desi McLarnon returned to the Dub on Saturday for the Queens parkrun 5k, with both improving well upon their times from the previous Saturday.

Grainne ran a 23:17 PB to leave her as 5th lady but 1st F40, while Desi was 20th gent and 1st M50 in 22:49. There were 84 runners there this week . Well done to our pair on their age-category wins!
