Parkrun round up – Grainne smashes PB

Grainne Keenan has now set PB’s at each of the first four Queen’s parkrun 5k’s. Her time of 22:19 this morning took a huge chunk off her previous best of 23:12 and left her as 3rd lady overall but 1st F40 again. There was a turn-out of 60 this week at the Dub.
Meanwhile over at Victoria Park, on a very pleasant morning Jonny McWhinney notched up parkrun number 20. His 23:39 left him as 49th gent (and 7th M40) from the field of 105.
