More Lisburn Parkrun debuts at Queens

With no athletes at Victoria Park or the Waterworks and no City of Lisburn athletes venturing up to Ballymena to attend the Ecos inaugural event, the only club parkrun performances recorded this week were over at the Dub.
Grainne Keenan has consistently been amongst the top places since the Queens event began and was 3rd lady overall again, winning her age-category with a useful 22:57.
Trevor Carruthers made his much-awaited parkrun debut with a time of 23:49 for 26th place ( 5th M45) with another parkrun newbie Noel Branagh running 24:59 for 29th place and (7th M45).
