Andrew and Grainne going well at Vic Park parkrun

Andrew Watson has re-appeared in superb form after an absence of a month or so to improve his best time at Victoria Park by a significant margin over the last two weeks. Last week he ran an excellent 21:34 to lower his best by almost 40 seconds and this week ran 21:31 to place 22nd overall (2nd M35) from the 116 runners.
After a fine 2nd place finish at Queen’s last week in 22:59 Grainne Keenan enjoyed her first visit to the Victoria Park event this week, finishing 4th lady and 1st F40 in a swift 22:39. Well done to both athletes.
