Dave, Judith & Alison in the prizes at Queens 5k

Last Thursday night saw the return of the Queens 5k on the Annadale Embankment, with a couple of City of Lisburn athletes featuring in the prize lists after good runs. First home of the Lisburn squad was Dave Lonnen in a fast 17:10 which placed him 28th overall but 2nd M45.
Judith Lowry was 2nd female overall in an excellent 17:57 with Michael McLarnon 80th in 19:21. Alison Gibson was also in the prizes with her run of 23:29 placing her 3rd F50.
Well done to all the CoL athletes on their great times and prizes!
