Trevor in good form at Vic Park parkrun

The Belfast Victoria parkrun had a record turn-out of 163 runners this morning. Amongst them was Trevor Carruthers who made his debut on the course in a time of 22:49. This good performance suggests that Trevor is starting to get back into decent shape and it placed him 37th overall and 4th M45.
Over at the Queens event Grainne Keenan wasn’t pushing herself ahead of the Marathon relay on Monday. However she was still the first F40 and 6th lady overall from the field of 56 with her run of 23:50.
