Trevor runs a PB at Vic Park

While daughter Zoe Carruthers was placing just outside the medals in the 1500m at the Ulster Schools at Antrim, earlier in the day dad Trevor was stretching his legs in the Victoria Park 5k parkrun. Trevor was rewarded with a parkrun best of 22:45 which left him as 5th M45 and 45th overall from another record turn-out of 188 athletes. Trevor was joined by club-mate Noel Branagh who was 88th overall and 13th M45.
