Double Gold for Paddy at NI Masters

Congratulations to Paddy Crossan who had a successful afternoon at a showery Bangor Sportsplex yesterday, picking up a couple more NI Masters titles on the track. He won the 400m in 56.1s, compared to his SB of 55.13s at the recent Team Trophy at Antrim which ranks him as no.4 M45 in the UK this season.
He then won the 200m also in an SB of 25.1s which ranks him just outside the UK top ten in his age-group and as with his 400m it was the fastest performance in any age-group yesterday.
