Age-group win for Cara at Queens parkrun

Well done to Cara Gourley who was the sole City of Lisburn parkrunner this weekend. She turned out at the Queens event where 40 athletes were in action. Cara placed 34th overall in 31:20, just 9 seconds behind her previous best here, but 1st in her 15-19 age group.
