August track meets at Bangor and Antrim

Athletes of all ages please take note of two forthcoming fixtures which will be of particular interest to the athletes of the YAL squad wishing to stay sharp ahead of the UK Finals in Manchester on 01 September.
Monday 13 August at Bangor Sportsplex is a track only meet promoted by North Down AC with 100m / 400m / 1500m graded races. Registration from 6.15pm.
Thursday 16 August at Antrim is the final meet in the Lagan Valley AC / Edwards and Co series. Registration will be from 6.30pm, with the usual spread of events giving most age-groups the opportunity to partcipate in a track event, a jump and a throw.
