North Down AC Meet – Tue 28 August

North Down AC have invited all City of Lisburn AC athletes to an end-of-season track and field meet next Tuesday 28 August at Bangor Sportsplex. Track events will commence at 6.45pm with first field events from 7pm.
Provisional running order for track events is as follows:-
60m u11, sprint hurdles, 200m, 800m, 3000m, 400m
Field events – 7pm HJ, 7.15 javelin and LJ, 8pm shot
All age-groups welcome with appropriate UKA hurdles and implements being used.
There won’t be too many opportunities left to get a PB or move up Power of Ten this season, so no doubt many Lisburn athletes will take the chance to compete.
£3 for one event / £5 for two or more events.
