Dave Lonnen crosses the line first in 19m11s drawing Gerard Donnelly and Paul McCullagh to new PB’s with Gerard time at 19:21 and Paul’s time 19:34. Frankie Devlin finished 8th in 20:31 and Grianne Keenan returning from injury to finish in 24:30.

Paul McCullagh (3rd) finishes in front of Gerard (4th) gaining another PB in the process. Paul’s time 19:29 and Gerard’s 19:37. Meanwhile Frankie Devlin secured a PB 19:52 finishing 8th. Barry Morris finished 27th nursing a ham string injury.
