Heather, now working in London is still achieving PB’s in different events other than her favourite middle distance events. Heather competing in the Southern Athletics League in Uxbridge achieved a PB in the 400m with a 62.8secs timing knocking 1.5secs of her previous best and finished in third place. Heather is looking for another second off her time to achieve her personal target this year. Good luck Heather, you can do it.
