The Parkrun in North Belfast goes from strength to strength, attracting 119 athletes this week. Among them was Lisburn’s Sean McGurnaghan, who has now run in all three of the weekly events since it launched on 06 November. The event is attracting more local club-standard runners as the weeks go by, but Sean was still a highly respectable 3rd in the M45 age-group out of 14. His time of 21:30 was just 8 seconds outside his Parkrun PB from week 1.
