Orla 3rd at Parkrun

The highlight of Lisburn’s performances in this week’s Parkrun was Orla Smyth’s fine 22:54 at the Waterworks this morning. This placed her an excellent 3rd Female overall round the accurately measured flat and fast 5k course. The field had grown to 117 runners this week as the regular Parkrun looks to establish itself, with many athletes no doubt using it as a sharpener before the Seeley Cup 10k in two weeks time.
