More honours for Ciara

Congratulations to Ciara Mageean who has been awarded the prestigious Irish Times Sportswoman of the Month award for November. This is on the back of her excellent performance in Delhi combined of course with her World Junior silver from earlier in the summer. She becomes the second woman from the sport of athletics to be recognised this year after Derval O’Rourke who of course won silver in Barcelona at the European Champioships.
