Jane Atkinson at AAA champs

Athletics Northern Ireland sent a small squad of our most talented young athletes to Bedford at the weekend for the AAA national age-group champs. This squad included City of Lisburn’s Jane Atkinson for the U15 75m hurdles. Still available for this age group next year, Jane missed out on qualification for the final with a 12.45s run.

We congratulate Jane on her selection for the NI team and know that the experience will stand her in good stead for 2011 and beyond.
