ANI Open meet – Bangor 30 June

Official results have belatedly appeared for the Athletics NI Open meet at Bangor Sportsplex on 30 June, where a few City of Lisburn Athletes had good performances.
In the Senior 200m Brendan Murphy won both heat and final, with a fast 22.7h into a 1.7m/s headwind in the final. M45 masters athlete Paddy Crossan was 5th in the same event with 25.4s.
In the the throws Jonny McWhinney had an M35 PB of 10.02m to win the shot and a 31.21m SB to win the discus. He was also 2nd in the hammer.
