Heather second at Crawfordsburn

Heather McLarnon had a good run at the tough Crawfordsburn 5k trail race last night finishing second lady overall in 21m 37sec. She was actually first home in the Female Open senior category, headed only by top local veteran Ruth Magill. Michael McLarnon was 23rd overall from the large field of 112 finishers.
