Commonwealth Games Selections

Massive congratulations to our middle-distance athletes Kelly McNeice and Ciara Mageean who have been confirmed in the first round of selections for the Commonwealth Games in Delhi in October. Their selection continues an illustrious line of Lisburn athletes to have competed for N. Ireland at these Games.
Kelly has previous Commonwealth experience and has been representing her country at Senior level with distinction for many years. For Ciara, after recent experience at the highest international level in the Youth and Junior age-groups this is a milestone as it is her first selection for a major Senior championships.
Everyone associated with the club is immensely proud of their achievements and we wish them well as they continue with their build-ups to the Games over the summer.
