Ulster vest for Zoe / NY Eve parkrun

Congratulations to Zoe Carruthers who has been selected for the Ulster U17 squad to travel to the Celtic Nations cross-country event next Saturday in Scotland. Zoe’s selection is well-deserved after she showed good form over the mud this season, recording some excellent placings at the Ulster and All-Ireland championships. Everyone in the club wishes her well on her Ulster debut.
Meanwhile, at the Waterworks this morning on the Antrim Road, a new City of Lisburn parkrunner made his debut at the event. Davy Reid placed 21st of the 104 runners present, with his time of 20:24 placing him 3rd M35-39.
