Parkrun PB’s for Jonny and Andrew

Jonny McWhinney and Andrew Watson were City of Lisburn’s representatives at a chilly Victoria Park early this morning, with both recording course bests for the three-lap 5k circuit.
Jonny’s 22:33 took 19 seconds off his previous best to place him 21st of the 71 runners (5th M40), with Andrew going 8 seconds faster than last week to record 22:55 here. This placed him 22nd overall and 4th M35.
