Declan tackles Ormeau Pk Extreme 10k

Declan Morgan put in an appearance at Ormeau Park last night in the “Extreme 26” 10k. This saw over 60 athletes equipped with head-torches race three very muddy off-road laps just inside the perimeter of the park – all in pitch darkness!
The Extreme 26 team are known for putting on enjoyable events for their hard-core running followers and this one was supported by over 60 athletes. Declan finished a very respectable 8th place in 45:45. The Seeley Cup will seem like a piece of cake after this when Declan returns to Ormeau park next Saturday!
