Weekend round-up – Parkrun & Kilbroney XC

In Belfast yesterday morning Jonathan Fay had a good run at the Victoria Park 5k Parkrun, producing a 21:06 PB to lower his PB set here four weeks ago by 14 seconds. This placed him 21st from the field of 73 runners.
Meanwhile down in Rostrevor Declan Morgan and Orla Smyth represented City of Lisburn AC at the Kilbroney Park cross-country races promoted by Newry City Runners. Declan completed the 7k course in 28:14 while Orla took 34 minutes. Finishing places to be confirmed once official results become available.
