Heather 4th in Armagh 10 mile

Heather Ardis has enjoyed a few good runs over some of the province’s biggest endurance events this year including the Belfast Marathon and the Waterside Half Marathon. On Sunday she lined up for the Armagh 10 mile road race and produced another fantastic run to place 4th in 66:45. This was an improvement of over four minutes and one place on last year when she was still Heather Martin and confirms her excellent form which has seen her revise her PB’s this year at distances ranging from 10k to marathon.
