Declan lowers his 5k PB at Parkrun

Declan Morgan was in great form at Victoria Park this morning, taking 12 seconds off his 5k PB with a 19:17 run. He finished in 7th place overall of the 56 finishers, matching his best ever Parkrun position.
Further back Steve Cooke set a PB of 24:09 when placing 37th overall and 4th in his V45-49 age-group. Congratulations to both athletes.
