Crawfordsburn Trail Race

A couple of the McLarnon clan ensured that City of Lisburn AC were represented at the Crawfordsburn Park trail race on Wednesday night which was well-organised by North Down AC with their usual efficency. The well-attended event (93 finshers) saw the field tackle a tough but scenic route through the park over a route of just under 5k.
Michael McLarnon was 11th overall in 20:16 with Heather placing 31st overall but 8th lady with 22:14.
