Lisburn 10k inc Trevor’s result!!

Well done to Heather Ardis who had a good run at the Lisburn 10k last night. She finished 5th overall in the womens’ race, the exact same position as 2010, although her time this year was 30 seconds faster at 40:24.
Graeme Neill was 206th overall and 22nd M45 in 47:43, while Melanie Minshull’s 49:28 placed her 270th overall but an excellent 4th in the F45 category.
Sincere apologies to Tervor Carruthers as his efforts were omitted from the initial report. Trevor has had a challenging year with injuries and this was his first outing of 2011. His 49 minute run was a long way behind his own high standards when he’s fit but it’s great to see him back racing on the roads.
