Rounding up the action from last weekend, Declan Morgan took on the challenge of the MourneWay Half Marathon, organised by 26Extreme, on Saturday. Many would be happy to simply complete the Spelga Dam to Kilbroney route, with much of it over rugged mountain terrain, but Declan’s time of 1:45.02. placed him a highly respectable 14th overall out of a field of 218.
Meanwhile over in Watford, Kelly McNeice showed she is approaching her best form by knocking nearly 4 seconds off her SB with a time of 4:16.40.
