Orla sharpens up for Sweden

After recovering from her marathon exploits Orla Smyth has been concentrating on the shorter stuff looking ahead to next month’s World Transplant Games in Sweden, where she will tackle some events on the track.
At the Belfast Victoria Parkrun 5k this weekend, where they had their own PB turn-out of 75 runners, Orla went round almost 30 seconds faster than the previous week, finishing as 3rd lady overall in 22:32.
