Good runs by Neil and Ruth at Armagh 10k

Down in Armagh City it was the 3rd staging of their 10k event this afternoon over a pleasant but undulating course which has a great finish in the Mall. City of Lisburn’s Neil Robinson and Ruth Little made the trip worthwhile with a couple of good performances. Ruth was 2nd lady home (and first Female Open) in 42:41 chip time with Neil 24th overall in 43:08. Well done to both athletes.
