Jane powers up the UK rankings

City of Lisburn’s Jane Anderson looks set for a very good 2011. She wrapped up her indoor season with the Scottish U15 60m hurdles title in Glasgow last weekend, with her time of 9.40s placing her 6th in the UK rankings!
Jane is a member of the Athletics NI Youth Academy, a small squad of the most promising young talent in the province. She also won the N.Ireland title in the Odyssey. Based on this latest performance she’ll now be setting her sights for the summer beyond just local championships in order to seek some top-class competition in her age-group and some more fast times.
